I am a Licensed Professional Counselor operating privately.
My experience is primarily with Autism, ADHD, LGBT issues, issues of identity including gender and sexuality, anxiety, and mood disorders.
I have extensive experience with populations from the age of 5 to 65.
As I can only accomodate telehealth appointments at this time, I typically do not work with individuals below the age of 12 but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
I participate in Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Geisinger, United/Optum, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts and New Jersey, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Quest, Carelon, and Oscar insurance networks via Headway.com with others added as possible.
Additionally I am able to offer therapy on a sliding scale basis with sessions running $60-$90 per 1 hour meeting, depending on your income level.
I practice with a varied approach that mostly revolves around behavioral interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and Positive Psychology.
I provide gender affirming care and will happily work alongside gender clinics for treatment if necessary.
